RETURN OR REFUND POLICY


We understand the importance of meeting your expectations, and hope to continue doing so time and time again.

We offer a full refund for any unused or defective items. We will offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving the product. We will also bear any return costs if we’re at fault (if you received an incorrect order or defective item).

If you received it as a gift from someone and you wish to change it, we can arrange that as well in the form of replacement products. However, the product must be in a sealed and saleable condition. We reserve the right to reject any demands for returns / replacement / exchange should our terms for returns be breached.

Note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, therefore please send the package with a dispatch number so it can be traced. To return a product please contact us at general@clovercrueltyfree.com and we will be happy to assist you.
